Typically we can start 4-6 weeks after a quote depending on the size of the project and what we’ve already got booked in.
All work will be completed either by us or one of our approved contractors. We only work with contractors that we trust and know work to the same standards as us. If we are using a contractor then we’ll manage that process for you.
This can be done over the phone, email or face-to-face. We encourage all of our customers to talk to us throughout the project. If there’s something you aren’t sure about or want to change then just let us know. At the end of the day, it’s your home and we want you to be ecstatic with the result.
