How soon can you start?
Typically we can start 4-6 weeks after a quote depending on the size of the project and what we've already got booked in.
Do you do all the work yourself?
All work will be completed either by us or one of our approved contractors. We only work with contractors that we trust and know work to the same standards as us. If we are using a contractor then we'll manage that process for you.
How do you communicate with me?
This can be done over the phone, email or face-to-face. We encourage all of our customers to talk to us throughout the project. If there's something you aren't sure about or want to change then just let us know. At the end of the day, it's your home and we want you to be ecstatic
Do you source the materials, units and appliances or do I have to do it?
Yes, we do! We work with suppliers that we know are of great quality and can source everything for you. If we do this then you'll receive one price that includes everything. Simple!
Can you help design our project?
We work with Howdens and Turnbulls to help design your space to suit you. Together we'll go through your project, work out where you are, what you need and guide you on what is possible.
